Add a turbo boost to your riding next season with our 8-week structured turbo training series.
What is it?
Two blocks of eight turbo training sessions run by Chris Davis (British Cycling Level 2 coach). All the sessions will be based on some form of intensity work as riders can do endurance at other times. Of course, intensity is relevant to each individual and riders can choose how hard to ride! The first block of sessions is now available to book.
What will I need?
You will need to bring the following.
– Your bike
– A turbo trainer
– HR monitor and/or power meter
– cadence sensor
Where is it?
The Batch Community Centre, Park Rd, Warmley, Bristol, BS30 8EB
When is it?
Tuesdays from 19:00 to 20:30. The first eight-week block starts on Tuesday 30th October.
Riders need to get to the venue in time to set up and be ready to roll all at the same time. Latecomers will miss the warm-up which will be an integral part of the session.
How much will it cost?
£5 on the night payable by cash or card or SIGN UP to all 8 sessions for only £30 (£3.75 per night).
